About
I teach women to build bodies they can rely on. That is the whole job.
Personal Coach · New York City
Not a physiotherapist, not a dietitian. When you need one of those I will say so and give you a name.
My story
I grew up doing everything except sport. I was the girl who found a reason to sit out, and then spent my twenties in New York quietly negotiating with my own body, mostly about how it looked.
Pole is what broke the pattern. I went to one class expecting to be terrible, which I was, and left with a bruise on my shin and the first genuinely curious thought I had had about my body in years: what would happen if I actually got strong?
It took about eighteen months to find out. Not eight weeks. Eighteen months. Shoulders that could hold my weight overhead. Hips that opened without pain. A back that stopped complaining on the subway. Somewhere in there the negotiating stopped, because I was too busy trying to hold a handspring.
I got certified through ISSA because I wanted to give other women the structured version of what I had assembled by accident. Since then I have coached over a hundred women one to one across Manhattan and Brooklyn: beginners, returners, dancers, mothers, women coming back from injury and women who had simply never been told that strength was available to them.
I am building this platform because there is a limit to how many people I can see in a week, and there is no limit to how many people need this.
Mission
Every session, every video, and every programme here is measured against one question: does this make her more capable than she was last month? If the answer is no, it does not go in. There is no weight-loss language on this site, no before-and-after photos, and no plan that depends on you disliking yourself enough to keep going.
We track what you can lift, hold, and reach. Nothing else needs measuring.
Every hard thing has an easier version. Your job is to find the one you can do well today.
Strength takes months. I will tell you that at the start rather than sell you four weeks.
If it only works while you are paying me, I have built the wrong thing.
Vision
I want this to become the place a woman goes when she decides she is finished with fitness culture but not finished with her body. A library she trusts. A method that progresses honestly. A community that talks about capability rather than calories.
In the next year: The Method opens to members, online coaching runs in small cohorts, and the library grows to a hundred filmed sessions. In three years, I want a studio in New York with my name on it and a team of coaches who teach this the way I do.
It starts here, with you deciding that strong is worth the eighteen months.
